Kaitlyn Likas

My name is Kaitlyn Likas. I grew up Scottish Highland Dancing in Southern Maryland. I am very active in local Celtic circles fiddling in various bands and volunteering for organizations. I am excited to be running for President of the St. Andrew's Society of Mid-Maryland. Charlie as well as others from Clan MacFarland gave me my first kilt to compete in Highland Dancing many years ago!

Treasurer

Stacie Weir

My name is Stacie Weir and I'm running for Treasurer. I earned my Master's degree in Accounting from Liberty University and My Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shepherd University. I am an Accountant by profession and have been working in the field for over 12 years in the banking and insurance industries and most recently the Federal Government. In my free time I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, biking and spending time with my two English Springer Spaniels, Georgi and Zena.

Wayne Young

My name is Colonel (Ret) Wayne Young, and I have been a member of the SASMM since 2000 and served as President for three years. Following graduation from the Virginia Military Institute in 1973, I entered active duty with the US Army as a Medical Service Corps officer and served for twenty-eight years in various leadership positions until retiring in 2002. Subsequently, I worked as a civilian contractor for the Department of the Army and Department of Homeland Security. Afterwards, I entered federal civil service with the US Department of Health and Human Services and retired in 2020. My wife Debi and I recently moved back to Frederick County, and we currently reside in New Market, MD.
